Download machine-readable data

We offer a machine-readable RDF file with information about languages and other entities provided on This dump file can be downloaded to your local computer and distributed in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC-BY-SA) 3.0 Unported license:

We are grateful to a number of people for providing the original data sources that were used to create

Code Mapping Tables

Additionally, we provide tab-separated value (TSV) files providing mappings between ISO 639 standards and corresponding language identifiers.

Online SPARQL Web Service Access

SPARQL access to the data is currently only available via OpenLink Software's LOD server, which however sometimes may be slow to respond or even unreachable due to high demand. If you need a faster server, it is somewhat easy to set up your own SPARQL server using a lightweight triple store like RedStore or Joseki that loads the RDF dump linked above.

Additional Datasets

We have Linked Data versions of many resources connected to, e.g. of the Etymological Wordnet, of the AFINN affective lexicon, of NomBank, etc. These will be available for download from here shortly. In the meantime, please get in touch with us to obtain the data.
