rdfs:commentGaanda (also known as Ganda, Gaandu, Mokar, Makwar) is an Afro-Asiatic language spoken by about 10,000 people in the Adamawa state of Nigeria. Some speakers live in the Song, Gyuk, Mubi, and Biu (Borno State) LGAs. It has 2 dialects, Gaanda and Gabin. Its speakers are generally not monolingual in Gaanda, instead, they use Hausa and Fulfulde as well. They are becoming more interested in education; Ga'anda has a secondary school. The traditional religions of the people are Christian and Muslim. ('en' language string)
