rdfs:commentNgombe (called also Ba(n)gando-Ngombe, Ngombe-Kaka) is a language spoken by a mere 1,450 (or less, as its speakers were last tabulated in 1996) people, mostly adults, clustered around the Mambere Kadeï Prefecture in Central African Republic. Its broader connection to other Ubangian languages is unclear; it has been placed in the Baka branch, but it may be mutually intelligible with Southwest Gbaya. ('en' language string)
